Thank you for choosing our outdoor furniture. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our warranty policy. Please read this warranty guide to learn about your rights and responsibilities.
      Limited Warranty Coverage:
Our outdoor furniture is protected by a limited warranty that guards against manufacturing defects and premature wear under normal use and proper care. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
      Warranty Duration:
We offer a one-year warranty for all furniture starting from FOB date.
      What the Warranty Covers:
Under our warranty policy, we are responsible for repairing or replacing furniture components that exhibit manufacturing defects or early wear and tear. This includes material or workmanship defects such as wood cracking, metal frame rusting, and wicker unraveling. For cushions and fabrics, we cover stitching issues and zipper malfunctions.
      What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:
While we aim to provide comprehensive coverage, some conditions are not covered under our warranty. These exclusions include:
Normal Wear and Tear. This warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear resulting from normal use or exposure to the elements. Including but not limited to, Normal fading, discoloration or scratching resulting from normal wear; Stretching of fabric or upholstery resulting from normal wear.
Misuse or Abuse. Any damage caused by improper use, negligence, or abuse of the furniture is not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications. If the furniture has been repaired or modified by someone other than our authorized personnel, the warranty becomes void.
Harsh chemicals. Any use of harsh chemicals, such as bleach or ammonia will void the warranty.
Acts of Nature. We cannot cover damages caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of nature.
     Proper Care and Maintenance:
To ensure that your furniture remains in good condition, please follow our care and maintenance guidelines, which may include cleaning, covering, and storing the furniture appropriately. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
     How to File a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your furniture qualifies for warranty service, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide further instructions for the warranty claim process.
